May 27th Dedication Ceremony
On Sunday May 27th, a dedication ceremony was held at the park to thank all of the people who contributed so much to the building of the new playground, as well as the official unveiling of the sculpture donated to the park by local Artist Chad Arney, which now holds the names of all those that contributed financially and supported the Extreme Makeover last September. Free cake and ice cream, a Paintball demonstration as well as balloons for the kids made it a perfect day.
Annie William Memorial Park Board of Directors Chair, Cathryn Willard presented Appreciation Awards at the dedication ceremony to the individuals and groups that have contributed greatly to the park over the past many years.
